		MAR-K manufactures precision sheet metal replacement body and trim parts for the automotive aftermarket. Products are typically roll formed, press formed, welded, or machined parts in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or plastic. Our product line includes thousands of replacement parts for older cars and pickup trucks, including pickup bed parts, body moldings, battery trays, hardware items, and custom parts. 	Making Front Bed Panels

		MAR-K front bed panels are made from 16 gage electro-galvanized steel on this machine that shapes the curl for a GM 47-53. Custom built tools like this help us to make our parts accuately and efficiently.


	Making Custom Bed Sides


	MAR-K bed sides are welded on this custom manufactured resistance welder. This one-of-a -kind machine places the welds accurately in a straight line and it is controlled by a computer so the welds are consistenly strong and reliable.


	Our custom teardrop upgrades are welded and grinded to a smooth finish. Since we make our bed sides, we can add many custom upgrades right here at our plant.


	Making Rear Cross Sills

		Rear cross sill brackets are welded to the rear sill like original. MAR-K rear cross sills come complete with all holes punched including attachment holes for wiring clamps and all bolt holes.


	Making Cross Sills

		MAR-K makes its cross sills with a highly accurate press. Here our employee uses the press to make a deep bend in the part exactly where it should go.


	Making Battery Tray Assemblies

		Trays are made with accurate holes and bends like original. Then brackets and side supports are welded to the tray.


			Making Truck Mouldings

			MAR-K maintains stock of most stainless and aluminum mouldings for the 55-72 GM pickups. Here you can see the mouldings being roll formed and measured.





					Many of the later model mouldings must be taped and painted with accent stripes to match the original mouldings before they can be shipped. MAR-K’s mouldings include the special-made clips and fasteners for attachment.
