Making Bed Wood Boards First, the wood is delivered on a truck and unloaded at the MAR-K plant. |

Next, the wood is unloaded and carefully inspected and color matched. MAR-K bed wood is premium quality red oak or southern yellow pine. It is kiln dried to help prevent warping or cracking. |

The boards are cut and grooved according to pattern. We have most bed wood patterns for Chevy, GMC, Ford and Dodge. We can also make most custom wood beds. |

Mounting holes are countersunk and GM holes are offset for proper installation. MAR-K bed wood is packaged in two separate boxes to ensure safe delivery to your destination. All of our parts are packaged to make sure the part arrives intact and is shipped as economical as possible. |
