ORDERS: Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order. If your order includes custom items, allow 10-15 business days. Online orders are sent UPS ground or by truck, depending on the parts. UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available by calling our office at 405-721-7945, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
Most items are shipped UPS Ground and a $10.00 non-refundable handling fee per order is applied.
Some orders ship by truck freight (bedsides, 1-ton or Longhorn bed wood, strips/angles over 107 ¾", etc.). If your order qualifies for our freight special you pay a reduced shipping cost plus a $60.00 non-refundable handling charge to ship within the continental US.
Otherwise, your order will show an estimated freight amount based only on your state. When your order is received, the freight will be adjusted using the correct weight, dimensions and exact location and we will contact you with the correct freight total.
The truck freight amount collected is for standard delivery only and does not include any extra charges incurred such as lift gate service, inside delivery or change of delivery address.
You can prepay with VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER or check/money order. On orders paid by personal or company check, we will hold your order 10 business days to insure the check clears before processing. For faster delivery, please send a certified check or money order. Payment must be made in U.S. funds drawn on U.S. banks. There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks. Personal checks are not accepted for orders to be picked up at MAR-K.
CREDIT CARDS: We must have the billing address and the name that appears on the credit card. All credit card orders are subject to authorization on amount and billing address. Notification is by mail on any unauthorized information. Parts will be shipped to the billing address on the credit card. If the billing address is a PO Box, we will need payment by check or money order.
We guarantee parts to be of proper fit. If there are any problems with your order, all transactions must be done within 30 DAYS of the date shipped. No exchanges or credits will be given until the item has been returned to MAR-K Quality Parts.
Due to manufacturing increases, prices are subject to change without notice.
SHORTAGES/MISSING PARTS INFO:
MAR-K will not be liable after 30 days for any claims of missing/lost parts.
Whether you are doing the work yourself, taking it to, or having it shipped to another party, it is your responsibility to confirm that all the parts were received, and to contact us concerning any shortages within the 30 day period.
Some parts are packaged together in same box and some are packaged individually. Some parts might include hardware, latches & link assembly, moulding clips, cross sill brackets, etc. that should be included in the package with the part, so be sure to check all boxes!
If you will be taking the parts to someone else to restore (body shop, friend, etc) it is a good idea to take pictures of the parts in the box--including any enclosed hdw, etc. Let that person know that you have checked the boxes and everything was there and had all hdw, clips, brackets, enclosed. You might also tape any enclosed instructions to the appropriate part to make it easy on the person doing the restoration.
If you have the parts shipped directly from Mar-K to the body shop or person doing the work, please contact them and discuss this 30 day guarantee. Have them check the boxes upon arrival if you can’t do it yourself.
Returns are to be made within 30 DAYS of ship date. To return or exchange any item, please call first. Notification and proof of purchase are required. We will need a copy of your invoice to arrange any return or credit. If the part has been altered in any way from original state due to modification or time elapsed, it will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Our liability for parts is only the replacement of a defective part or refund for the purchase price. No other warranty is extended or should be construed or implied. If you change your mind or order the wrong part, there will be a 20% restocking and handling fee plus ANY freight charges.

Bed wood with Hidden Mounting holes
Aluminum Bed Strips
Powder Coated Bed Strips
Bed Strips/Angle Strips without holes
Overstocked or Discontinued Items on Sale
All Custom Items (bed wood, bed strips/angle strips, bed sides, etc.)
Wood Beds - Wood beds are guaranteed for 14 days from ship date.
Bed Bolt Kits - Verify quantity, material and quality. If there are any problems or shortages, transactions must be made within 30 days of ship date. The sales staff is required to know the quantity of bolts you received before problems can be processed. Our sales staff is instructed not to send replacement bolts without this information from you.
Your shipment will leave our dock in perfect condition. Do not sign for the shipment until you have thoroughly inspected the packages for external damage and verified the quantity of packages received matches the quantity listed on the shipping paperwork you are asked to sign. MAR-K is not responsible for shipments that are not signed for as damaged or incorrect quantity upon arrival. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED PARTS TO US DIRECTLY OR THE CLAIM WILL BE FORFEITED.
Our answering machine is available on weekends and evenings. Our fax is available 24 hours a day at 405-721-8906. Our showroom hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM if you are picking up your parts.
